By using the OpenClawFast platform (“Service”), operated by OpenClawFast (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should refrain from using the Service.

2. Overview of the Service

OpenClawFast offers a managed platform enabling users to spin up personal AI assistant instances across messaging platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. Our Service encompasses one-click deployment, automated infrastructure provisioning, and continuous hosting of AI-powered bot instances that leverage third-party models including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

3. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Account Creation

Access to the Service requires registering via Google sign-in. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity conducted through your account. Please inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

  • The Service operates on a subscription model. Current pricing is displayed on our website at checkout.
  • All transactions are handled through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the active billing period.
  • We may adjust pricing with advance notice. Continuing to use the Service after a pricing update indicates your acceptance.

6. Refund Policy

All new subscriptions come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the Service does not meet your expectations, you may request a complete refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refer to our Money-Back Guarantee page for additional details.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

  • Breaching any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others
  • Distributing spam, unsolicited messages, or engaging in harassment through deployed bots
  • Spreading malicious software, conducting phishing attacks, or social engineering schemes
  • Producing or circulating content that is illegal, harmful, or explicitly forbidden
  • Attempting to compromise the security or infrastructure of the Service
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without our explicit written permission
  • Disrupting the Service or placing excessive strain on our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove your account for any breach of these terms, without prior warning or reimbursement.

8. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service connects with external AI model vendors (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). Any AI-generated output you receive is governed by those vendors' respective terms and usage policies. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, dependability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service—including its design, source code, functionality, and branding—are owned by OpenClawFast and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload via the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to deliver the Service.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection, usage, and protection practices.

11. Availability

While we aim to provide consistent uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may temporarily impact access. We shall not be held liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OpenClawFast and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill—resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. No Warranties

The Service is delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties—express or implied—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClawFast and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may restrict or revoke your access to the Service at any time, with or without reason, and with or without advance notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Any provisions that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

16. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing the updated Terms on our website or via email notification. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
