- Support inquiries: Information you share when reaching out to our support team.

- Usage metrics: Pages you visit, features you use, click behavior, and how you interact with the platform.

5. Bot Conversations and AI Data
Messages exchanged with your deployed AI assistant instances are routed through third-party AI model providers for processing. We may temporarily retain conversation metadata (e.g., message counts, timestamps) to operate the Service and monitor usage. We do not leverage the content of your bot conversations for AI model training or marketing purposes.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the Service. If you choose to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for compliance reasons.
